What is SPACE News?

SPACE News is the name of my journalistic network, centered on the video game universe. You will find here a huge amount of information in 3km-long articles and events, written with attention, thoroughness, and humor, by our amazing writer's team composed of me, me, me, and myself!

This place is very dark, I am afraid, which type of content will I find here?

​

No panic! SPACE News is centered on video games, competitive or not. However, as a computationally overworked man (website management, video editing, article writing, video games tournaments, trophy hunting, etc, etc) I do not cover the whole gaming news! I still would like to but cloning technics are unfortunately not really "field-ready" for the moment so... well... I must make some choices. Anyway. As a consequence, I only write articles on the video games I play (Destiny, Hitman, Crash Bandicoot, Need For Speed, etc), as well as major events of this wonderful video entertainment world! (Shows, live events or video game publishers conferences).

Are SPACE News information sources trustworthy?

SPACE News is a media with hundreds of undercover agents spread and infiltrated across the globe (in any case, we are at least that number in my head). These agents do not base on rumors but exclusively on facts and information coming from official sources! Moreover, each piece of information is carefully analyzed by Mr. Jean-Charles de la Montaigne, an eminent specialist in data decryption! (No... please do not search this man on the internet, it is a fictional character present in my head, he does not exist... well I hope so... What? Do you only discover my total madness now? I wish you the best for the future...).

Anyway, all of that is to say that, yes, the information you will find here are mostly trustworthy. However, please keep in mind that to err is human so it might be possible that a couple of mistakes pass through Jean-Charles's vigilance...

What is the publishing frequency of the articles?

​

Well, that is a very good question! Unfortunately, I do not have any precise answer to give you. All I can say is that every post is scheduled to be precisely available at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM (GMT+1). (Except for exceptional news which may rise my passion and give me the unsustainable will to break this rule).

Is there an age limitation to read SPACE News articles?

As in the video game universe, some contents are intended for an adult community. Therefore, despite their informative purpose, some articles are joyfully sprinkled with more-or-less dubious jokes and/or even of a delicious, cheerful but innocent rage, that might be inappropriate to young people.

However, do not panic! Regardless of the situation, everything is always written in a good spirit, with politeness and a correct language level!  Except when I talk about one of my friend/teammates! ^^ (Rember guys, you're on NIGHTFALL's territory here, no PvE, only PvP and friendly-fire is active so watch your six! The TERMiNIGHTFALL has no mercy! XD)

I have a child who consults your website, is there any security system to avoid him to access SPACE News?

Yes, there is one: you and your parental authority. Except this, not really, like any public content on the internet... I am truly sorry.

Except for SPACE News Articles, are there any other risks for my child on this website?

In the case of love for the video games/animation world, yes, no doubt about this! Here is the full list of risks below by the way:

Why SPACE News articles are only available in French?

​

Wix.com does not dispose of an automatic translation tool. As a consequence, every traduction must be done manually.
An article takes me about 4h to 5h of writing, to which you add 1h to 2h to do the post layout. I clearly do not have enough time to translate it into another language and remake the layout. But isn't it a wonderful opportunity to learn how to speak French? ^^

Will you have enough patience to translate all articles in English someday?

​

Well... if I take the time to do it, you will probably speak like a native French before I finish... so let me think.... mmmmm, Nah!

Who is Billy?

​

Billy is a bitchy guy, with an unpleasant voice, who is very emotive and who reacts to absolutely everything. He always has a lousy opinion, something to say, or a stupid question to ask. Put simply, he loves annoying me when I write my articles. I strongly advise you to become familiar with him because you will see him very often.
